Please note IEEE follows author registration and presentation registration fee approach. There is no discount on the author registration fee (i.e., they have to pay as member/ non-member in host/ other countries for virtual/ physical, irrespective of whether they are students or not). Each paper should have an author registration fee. The benefit will be one author registration fee can cover up to 3 papers (he/ she can be co-authors). However, if the presenter is different from the author who paid the author registration fee, he/ she can pay the discounted rate as applicable (Example: Eligible students can register with a student registration fee). The crux is that all papers to be presented will have to be paid a full registration fee. Good quality papers from developing countries may be considered for a scholarship through the organising committee (https://forms.gle/aHQ3y6J7WGeAVVw97) or SOCERS (https://bit.ly/3HPSQbM). Please apply online giving all details as required, through the website. Kindly note that the scholarship and support are only a reimbursement. One has to register and pay first as per the fee structure mentioned on the website.
